Workflow
How it goes most of the timeFor BUST UP, EXPERIMENTAL PACKAGE, Doodle Me and Colored Doodle:
1. Commission order accepted.
2. Receive Payment from Client.
3. Commission being worked on.
4. Commission finished and files sent to client.For THIGHS UP, NOMNOMCOMM, FULLBODY, CUSTOM WEAR FULLBODY, ILLUSTRATION TIER I:
1 .Commission order accepted.
2. Receive Payment from Client.
3. Rough sketch phase. Includes pose, expression, and if necessary a rough simple color and/or lightning. Will have around 2-4 Options for Client.
4. Work in progress check by client for any feedbacks and which direction the client want to go with. Skip to 6 if no major fix are needed/Client approve the artwork.
5. If the Client wants to see a different direction/need specific visual take, Refine sketch based on Artist recommendation and Client feedback. and then back to 4.
6. Render phase with no major edit/change in this phase. WIP can be sent to Client if requested.
7. Commission finished, files sent to Client for confirmation. Additional fix for small missing features if needed (ex: missing earrings/tattoos/tails)For ILLUSTRATION TIER II and CUSTOM COMMISSION:
1. Commission order accepted.
2. (optional) Receive full Payment from Client.
3. Receive 60% Down Payment from Client.
4. Rough sketch phase. Usually includes multiple sketch composition options (2-4), With optional rough color and/or lightning if needed.
5. WIP check by Client for any feedbacks and which direction the client want to go with. Skip to 7 if no major fix are needed/Client approve the artwork.
6. If the Client wants to see a different direction/need specific visual take, Refine sketch based on Artist recommendation and Client feedback. and then back to 5.
7. Render phase until 60% progression (no major edit/change in this phase). WIP can be sent to Client if requested.
8. Receive Final 40% Payment.
9. Final Render phase with some Work in progress sent to client if requested (no major edit/change in this phase).
10. Commission finished, files sent to Client for confirmation. Additional fix for small missing features if needed (ex: missing earrings/tattoos/tails)
Terms And Conditions
For Indie and personal commission(artwork).
By Commissioning Ex-trident(Artist), You(Client) agree to these terms:1. USAGE RIGHTS1.1 The Artist reserves the right to print and/or post the Client’s final artwork online for publicity, commission samples, and portfolio purposes.1.2 The Client is not permitted to resell the finished artwork online or to third parties. If the Client intends to use the artwork for prints or merchandise sales, an additional commercial usage fee must be discussed and agreed upon with the Artist beforehand.1.3 The Artist may request the Client’s permission to print the finished artwork for sale or distribute it through digital marketplaces such as Gumroad or Patreon. The Client reserves the right to refuse such requests.1.4 The Client is prohibited from using the finished artwork for any NFT-related activities or in connection with AI-related tools, software, or websites.2. PAYMENT AND REFUND2.1 For BUST UP, EXPERIMENTAL PACKAGE, Headshot Doodle, Doodle Me, and Colored Doodle commissions, the Artist will not begin work until full payment has been received.2.2 For THIGHS UP, FULLBODY, NOMNOMCOMM, CUSTOM WEAR FULLBODY, and ILLUSTRATION TIER I commissions, the Artist will not proceed beyond the rough sketch phase until payment has been received. The rough sketch phase may include rough linework and/or solid base colors.2.3 For ILLUSTRATION TIER II and CUSTOM COMMISSION projects, the Client may choose between full upfront payment or a 60% down payment. If the Client chooses the down payment option, the Artist will work until approximately 60% completion before sending a work-in-progress preview and the remaining 40% invoice. The Artist will not continue work until all outstanding payments have been received.2.4 The commission will be canceled if payment is not received within 5 business days after the Artist has agreed to take the commission and issued an invoice to the Client.2.5 The Client is not entitled to a refund once the Artist has begun work on the commission. This policy includes all down payments.2.6 The Client is entitled to a refund if the Artist fails to complete the commission within the mutually agreed deadline.2.7 The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time if they are unable to complete the artwork due to unforeseen external circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.3. CONFIDENTIALITY3.1 The Artist reserves the right to stream the progress of the commission on streaming platforms, including but not limited to Twitch and YouTube.3.2 The Artist reserves the right to post work-in-progress images and/or clips on social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter/X, Facebook, and community channels on VoIP platforms such as Discord.3.3 The Client may request that the Artist keep any or all aspects of the commission confidential, including the artwork itself, at any time. If the Artist agrees to the request, the Artist will not be held responsible for any images, clips, or publicity related to the artwork that were shared prior to the confidentiality request.3.4 If a commission is designated as confidential, the commission agreement must specify when public display will be permitted. Otherwise, the Artist reserves the right to publicly showcase the commission on social media and portfolio websites.
